Mesipesa Conditions
Dear Mesipesa Guest!
We welcome you to our holiday retreat, where you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. It is important to note that this place is designed primarily for those who appreciate peace and quiet, not for partying. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following House Rules and conditions, which set the terms, responsibilities, and ensure everyone’s safety and a pleasant stay.
General Conditions:
1. The Owner leases and the Guest takes over the Mesipesa cottage. The Guest agrees to the Rental Conditions and House Rules when making a reservation and confirms the obligation to follow this House Rules throughout the entire contract.
2. The Guest is prohibited from subleasing the house to third parties.
3. The rental day starts at 16:00 and ends the next day at 11:00.
House Rules:
1. The number of people in the lodge and on the premises must not exceed the agreed-upon limit.
2. Check-in is possible from 4 p.m., and check-out must be done by 11 a.m. unless agreed otherwise.
3. Guests must use the rented lodge and its property responsibly in accordance with good manners, including the proper use of the house’s premises, furniture, dishes, and other inventory.
4. Immediately report any dangerous incidents, emergencies, fires, or other threats to the rented property, taking immediate measures to prevent harmful consequences or eliminate already occurred consequences. The Guest is responsible for complying with fire safety requirements during the rental period!
Responsibility and Compensation for Damages:
1. The Guest is responsible for the actions of all accompanying guests. If someone from the group causes damage to the Owner (materially), the Guest is responsible.
2. In case of non-domestic use of the property, the Guest undertakes to compensate for the actual costs of repair or replacement based on corresponding repair or purchase invoices.
3. The Owner has the right to demand a penalty from the Guest in the amount of up to 3000 euros if smoking indoors or if other points of the house code are violated.
4. In case of contaminated/damaged premises and territory or damaged/destroyed property (including, but not limited to, equipment, furniture, curtains, doors, floors, walls, ceilings, and other house inventory), the Guest is obliged to compensate for the factual costs of their repair and/or replacement, as well as lost income for renting out the lodge.
5. The Guest must also cover the costs of additional cleaning if the lodge is not in its original condition when handed over. Additional cleaning is ordered as a service, and the invoice for it is sent directly to the Guest.
Safety and Prohibited Activities:
1. Any disturbing and endangering activity on the premises is not allowed. Being heavily intoxicated on the premises and in the lodges is not allowed. The Owner has the right to call violators to order and/or remove them from Mesipesa premises. In case of rule violations, the rental fee will not be refunded.
2. The use of pyrotechnics is only allowed on the Mesipesa premises only on the basis of prior written agreement.
3. Throwing cigarette butts and littering is unacceptable. When smoking outdoors, cigarette butts must be placed in an ashtray or another designated place.
4. Making a fire in an unauthorized place, taking items out of the house without permission, rearranging and using the property for unintended purposes are not allowed.
5. Wearing outdoor shoes indoors is not allowed; please bring your own slippers if desired.
6. Organizing parties or loud gatherings is not allowed.
Fire Safety:
1. The use of open fire and smoking indoors is prohibited. A fire can only be made in a designated place.
2. In case of fire, immediately inform the emergency center at the emergency number 112 and the Owner at phone number: +372 5130075. If the fire cannot be extinguished independently, close the windows, exit the room, close the door, and go to a safe distance.
3. Grilling is only allowed in the designated area. Ensure continuous supervision during grilling. After using the grill device, let the coals burn out completely or extinguish them with water.
Before Departure:
1. Please wash all used dishes. You can leave the dishes to dry on the drying rack.
2. We appreciate it if you take household waste to the outdoor garbage container.
3. Check that all lights are turned off, and windows/doors are closed.
