Terms and house rules

Dear guest, Mesipesa is a peaceful and relaxing place intended for guests who value peace and quiet. Mesipesa is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Please respect the calm atmosphere of the houses, the property and the surrounding area.

1. These conditions regulate the relationship between the owner and the guest using the Mesipesa holiday house.

2. By making a booking, the guest accepts these rental conditions and house rules.

3. The guest must follow the house rules throughout the stay.

4. Sub-renting, transferring the house to third parties or allowing use by people not included in the booking is prohibited.

5. The rental day starts at 16:00 and ends the next day at 11:00, unless otherwise agreed.

1. The number of people staying in the house or present on the property must not exceed the agreed or booked number.

2. Check-in is from 16:00.

3. Check-out is by 11:00 unless otherwise agreed.

4. The house, rooms, furniture, dishes and inventory must be used responsibly and according to their purpose.

5. Any dangerous incident, accident, fire or threat to the property must be reported immediately to Mesipesa.

6. The guest is responsible for following fire safety requirements during the stay.

1. The guest is responsible for the actions of all accompanying guests.

2. If someone in the guest’s group causes material damage, the guest is responsible for that damage.

3. Damage must be compensated based on repair or purchase invoices.

4. The owner may demand a contractual penalty of up to 3000 euros if smoking has taken place indoors or if other house rules have been violated.

5. If rooms, the territory or property are contaminated, damaged or broken, the guest must compensate actual repair or replacement costs and lost rental income if applicable.

6. The guest must compensate additional cleaning costs if the house is not returned in its original or reasonable condition.

1. Disturbing or dangerous activity on the property is not allowed.

2. Heavy intoxication in the houses or on the territory is not allowed.

3. The owner or representative may call violators to order and/or remove them from the property. In case of rule violations, the rental fee is not refunded.

4. Pyrotechnics are allowed only with prior written agreement.

5. Cigarette butts and litter must not be thrown on the ground. When smoking outdoors, cigarette butts must be placed in an ashtray or designated place.

6. Making a fire in an unauthorized place is not allowed.

7. Taking items out of the house without permission is not allowed.

8. Rearranging or misusing property is not allowed.

9. Wearing outdoor shoes indoors is not allowed. Guests may bring their own slippers if desired.

10. Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.

1. Open fire and smoking inside the house are prohibited.

2. Fire may only be made in designated places.

3. In case of fire, immediately call emergency number 112 and notify Mesipesa by phone: +372 513 0075.

4. If the fire cannot be extinguished independently, close windows, leave the room, close the door and move to a safe distance.

5. Grilling is allowed only in the designated place and must be supervised at all times.

6. After grilling, coals must be allowed to burn out completely or be extinguished with water.

1. Please wash all used dishes. Dishes may be left to dry on the drying rack.

2. Please take household waste to the outdoor waste container.

3. Check that all lights are off.

4. Check that windows and doors are closed.
